Just in the time I have been keeping track here, and cutting out sodas, and reducing my sugar intake, I have lost 11 pounds! WOW

    Way to go!!! Now add some exercise in there then you have a true lifestyle change.

  • oh trust me, I get PLENTY of exercise at work, walking between hangars, climbing up and down maintenance ladders, holding buffers over my head, wiping down airplanes from top to bottom ( and these aint little piper cubs!) On days that I have people in different hangars, I spend more time walking than actually working on airplanes, because I am constantly fetching supplies or checking on guys and making sure they are making progress. My hobby helps too, we do ALOT of walking as a Civil War infantryman!
