I just started it this past weekend and I am CONVINCED! AMAZING!!! I'd just like to open this up to any thoughts you had...and to find some paleo/primal people on these boards! :)

I have read it and occasionally go to his website for tips and ideas... I find it is a great site for motivation. However, I still eat some whole wheat pasta (a few times a month) and brown rice (probably once a week) or so.

I just started getting into primal/paleo last week. There are a lot of things I agree with and have implemented (no grains, cutting out dairy for now unless it's really small portions, eating very clean and no added sugar or processed foods.) but there are a few things I don't agree with in the paleo/primal world.

So far I'm really liking it! It's not hard to stay with my allotted calories because I'm always full, and at the end of the day I've been feeling awesome where my husband, who had pizza and cookies, is trippin'. So now he's going to start :)

Good luck! Friend me if you want to keep in touch or compare ideas- that would be great!
