Low Fat, Low Carb, High Protein Mission ! :)

I need to shift 1 stone - 1 & 1/2 stone idealy ...

I am hoping this will help if I am rigid with it .. I have 3 weeks until my next "social event" so I am planning on being so strict including weekends :

I am wondering what results I will get in 3 weeks ....

1200 calories - Max
low fat - 30g or so per day -
high protein - 100g or so per day
minimal carbs ... 80g or less per day

eeeekkkk .... what results did you have ?
