Weighing In

Ok, here's my question. I am supposed to weigh in on Mondays (as per me LOL) for my official weigh in but on Friday I wanted to see where I was at...so I was at -5 lbs! Yay! I went on a retreat this weekend and tried pretty hard to stay true. Couldn't log, do my specific workouts or count calories (cafeteria style eating) BUT I really watched my portions, drank ONLY water, etc....I was only back up 2 lbs this am first thing (had a shirt and unders on)...after my workout I was back down the full amount plus a few tenths of a lb! Which weight do I use????? Please advise! Oh, the second time I was, ahem, in my birthday suit. ;)
