P90X Ab Ripper if thats too intense start with the Abripper 200 if thats too intese start with the Abripper100. Ive gotten to the point I can do the Abripper 200 easily with 25 sets each so actually I was doing Abripper 250 so I just started with the P90X Abripper. Im sure you can find the discs at ebay or even read what the routine consists of at quite a few sites.0

I absolutely love working on a decline bench when it comes to abs!!! try weighted situps on a decline, or twisting side to side (like where your hands touch the bench under you) with a weighted medicine ball while leaning as far back as you can. I was feeling the burn yesterday0

if you want to develop a strong core...go to top miliary workouts...he has a great ab section0
