I have tried Insanity and its killer. My friends did P90X and said it was difficult. I think you just go at your pace and modify if you have too. THats what Shawn T says in Insanity.0

Not too much of a stretch, I have done all 3 for sure. They are 3 different programs and it depends on your starting fitness level. I would start with 30 day shred to get a decent-->great level of strength and cardio conditioning for $10 and 30 minutes a day. p90X is a great system, it focuses on strength with a little cardio. I personally find the style of it not as engaging though.
Honestly to transition to Insanity cardio wise I'd do something like Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism at least a few times first. Insanity is crazaaay and once you've done it everything else seems tame. It is a great program that will defintiely get you in amazing shape if you start with the right basics.
Best of luck, I'm sure you will love whichever you choose.0 -
I would ask, do you prefer weights or cardio? If weights P90X which is brilliant! Cardio = Insanity, although I haven't done 30 Day Shred that would seem to be a good starting point, if you are unsure of your starting fitness
