Drained pork mince calories???

I swear I have looked on here and googled and cannot work this out. I have a pack of pork mince-375g. The calories for it are 699. Obviously when cooked some of the fat will drain out. I've already shaped it into burgers so I don't really want to have to weigh them again when cooked but I will if it's the only way!!!!.
Anyone know what the calories will be once cooked and drained??
