Losing 57 pounds is a huge achievement and you should feel really proud of yourself!! Easier said than done though when you are still not quite "body beautiful" (whatever that is!!) - but any time you're feeling down in the dumps, come back to this post and re-read everyone's comments to give you a boost again, because we all think you're doing AMAZING!!! xxx

57lbs is a huge success! I know that sometimes I'll look at the scale and see that my progress has slowed (it's just natural) or I'll look in the mirror and think "Wow, I've still got a gut" but then I'll look again and see that I don't have the flab hanging over my belt and the double chin is gone......that's what helps me refocus and continue on with this journey. Like many others have said, you may find that posting before and after pics and reading the comments to follow will be very encouraging. We're all in this together

*edit* I just noticed that you posted your pics. I can definitely see a difference. Keep up the good work!
