Day 1 - New Member - Hello Everyone

Hi Everyone,
I am Mike from Massachusetts, USA. I am 33 years old, happily married father of 2. I am here to try to change my eating habits and go the extra step with my work outs. I have been seriously working out for about year now. I like to lift heavy and build muscle. Since last March I have put on about 15 pounds, mostly muscle. I have some extra fat that want to get rid of but not compromise what I have already done in the weight room. I currently work out and play racquetball twice a week (the best I can do without sacrificing too much of my family time). I am trying to focus my meals on high protein, low fat options but I am totally open to any suggestions! I tend to respond well to group constructive criticism and motivation...which is why I am here.

So hello to everyone and I look forward to being an active member and making a change for the better! I have a lot of experience with weight lifting and exercises if anyone has any questions regarding that type of information. I would be more than happy to help!

Hopefully I can post some pictures soon...although my wife isn’t a huge fan of me posting pictures of myself on the internet! :)
