I currently use the Omron Fat Loss monitor HBF-306C and i ve lost 5lbs in one month, but my fat % has gone up and BMI remains the same (see details below):
Weight Loss BMI Fat%
2/6/12 255lbs 37.7 31.5
3/5/12 250lbs 37.7 32.5
weight loss= 5lbs fat% 1..0% (increase)
Am i really losing that much muscle after lifting heavy weights 5 times a week and protein intake avg is 200grams.
please advise
thanks!!!
