I feel as though i have flooded every forum with questions about BMR, but here's another one!
Why is my "Calories burned from every day activity" different from my BMR. Are they not pretty much the same thing?
My BMR is about 1520cal/day, but my "CBFEDA" is 1900... i'm so seriously confused!

Your BMR is the amount of calories your body needs just to function and run the various organs... this is if you were to lay still in bed all day long doing NOTHING.
Your CBFEDA/TDEE is the amount of calories your body consumes and needs for your basic acitivity level. This is added to your BMR because you most likely don't lay still in bed everyday.0
