Do you guys log 30 day shred? Quick way?

As above, I was Hoping to just write 30 day shred into Mfp and it come up but no such look.
Also as its a mix of cardio and strength would you share it out between the two?

Call me lazy but I put in circuit training. Perhaps when I get a bit more time I may make an exercise workout thing if it lets you do it like you can make meals/ recipes. Something I will have to look into.0

I put calisthenics vigorous, but I too am not completely sure which would be the most accurate formate to choose.0

I used to use the circuit training option, then I got a HRM and compared the value to what Mfp gave me and it was very close, normally within 15 cals. Higher levels burn slightly more but it's a decent estimate.0

I found somewhere on here there's a formula. That a 154lb person typically burns 503 for all three levels of it so you times your weight by 154 and divide or something.
But it's circuit training.0
