I've yo-yoed a lot. But at 53 I was told I was prediabetic. That shook me to my core. Now I know this is for life. 24 pounds later my numbers are all in the normal range. But I can't stop. This is for the rest of my years.0

I no longer feel comfortable in my own skin. At 195 I was at my heaviest and I felt unhappy and disgusted. I have begun my journey to a happier, healthier, better looking me.0

I absolutely refused to buy any larger pants and they were getting real tight.0

I calculated my BMI and it cam rout overweight. Also, I could not do two flights of stairs without running out of breath and my flexibility was crap. I didn't like that.0

Find a sport that you love and let it fill your world
Mine is boxing can't live without it. Eat sleep and breath it0
