I want to puchase a HRM that will show me my calories burned so I can be more accurate with my accounting of what I'm doing. I need advice: difference between the watch type vs. chest strap and how do each one work (obviously I know the watch type goes on your wrist but what about the chest strap?) Is one better than the other? Any tips/advice on the subject are greatly appreciated!

Oh yes, HAPPY FRIDAY!

The chest strap types tend to be more accurate.
