    I like Trader Joe's selection of nuts and dried fruit mainly because they pack some of their selections in single serving packets.

    Nuts and dried food are INCREDIBLY calorie dense, so without the individual packets, it would be more than easy to finish a small bag at a sitting which might pack over 1000 calories!
