I have noticed that when I go to the gym while working out I yawn. CONSTANTLY! I will go to the gym, not at all tired, and yawn the entire time I am there!

Does this happen to anyone?

Thoughts on why?

Boredom? Poor breathing technique? Nervousness? Could be any of those.

Well I'm not bored, I breath, and I'm definitely not nervous lol I love the gym and I love to work out.

    It's just weird.

could mean your body needs more oxygen. i know you said you do breathe, but practice breathing better.
practicing yoga will solve the problem.

It could have to do with your body becoming relaxed while you are working out. I used to yawn a LOT when I first started working out, now I don't any more.

Wow! Guess I will be breathing more with deeper breaths. I do intense workouts and I thought I did get enough air.
If I breathe more and I still yawn might hit up the doctor for some heart tests since heart disease runs in my family!

Good lookin' out everyone! Thank you!
