How do you figure out how mnay calories are in something with no nutritional information on it, like a beer? Yes I know not nutritious LOL but I want to be able to track my treats.

I usually take a look at what's in the database and try to cross reference with other sources online and go with what makes sense. With something like beer, you may want to even narrow down by type.

There's quite a few beers in the database - Becks, Heineken, Tui, etc. You might find yours already in there. Watch the size of the bottle listed though.

If you don't find it in the database, try Google.

Here's a list of lots of beers and their cals and (I think) carbs:

Looking on Google, a 330ml bottle of beer ranges between 130 cals and 160 cals.
On the database here, a 330ml bottle of imported Becks beer is 143 cals, so sounds about right.
