Any one else get super annoyed that the "advanced" girl cheats by not really doing the excercises? It irks me!

    My daughter asked me why Jillian Michaels always starts the exercises and then walks away.

    Bob Harper does this a lot too. This is a pet peeve of mine too!

    You might try a different instructor. Look up Kelly Coffey Meyer or Cathe Freidrich on collagevideo.com .... neither of these ladies does this.

    love me some Turbo Fire. The instructor (Chalene Johnson) does it with you the whole time. While talking and explaining. She's a beast.

    Now that I know the exercises, I turn down the sound and put on music!!!

    I like the workout But I also turn down the sound. I look forward to friday when I move on to level 2. at lest then I'll have different stuff to hear.
