Anyone here for reasons other than to lose weight?

I ended up here after downloading the "myfitnesspal" software to my phone to monitor my sodium intake.

I actually was more concerned at that point about losing weight as opposed to gaining weight, as my diet was quite restrictive and I had dropped over two pounds in a week, pounds that I really didn't need to lose.

To this end I set my weight loss goal to "maintain current weight".

As the software helped me track my sodium intake, I was able to add more low sodium foods to my diet and noticed a slight weight gain, so now my weight loss goal is "lose 5 pounds". Intially I had it set lose 1.5 pounds per week but found myself too hungry. Losing 1 pound (or .5 pound) per week works a lot better for me.

Wondering if anyone else came here for reasons other than to lose weight?
