Hello!
I'm looking for some yummy (as in, can't tell they're diet food) recipes for some grab and go bars or muffins that I and my kids can eat for breakfast. I'm always looking for a variety of things to give my son, but some of the pre-packaged stuff isn't exactly the greatest for you!
Thanks!

No Bake Protein Bars (my kids love these!)
2 cups oats
1/2 c peanut butter
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 c water
1TB ground flaxseed
Mix all ingredients together and spread into a baking dish 8x8 or 9x13 just based on how thick you want them. Freeze for 30 minutes and then you can store in the fridge.
You can also add raisins or dried cranberries.0 -
Google Clean Egg Muffins, oxygen.com. They have a recipe on there that sounds really yummy, and healthy too! There are lots of ways to make it your own and add or take out what you like or don't like. I haven't tried them personally, going to make them tonight for the week! Take a look0
