My weight does the same thing, I worked out last night for a while and when I weighed myself it was up but then I weighed myself in the morning and it was down. Maybe our sweat weighs a lot, HAHAH0

You body is holding onto more fluids for repairs after working out. Weigh yourself in the morning after going to the bathroom, before you eat. This will be when you are at your lightest for the day.0

water retention while your muscles heal. when you work them out-- they form tiny rips (i.e. to get bigger and stronger) and they heal while retaining water. When cells need to make new cells the water helps this process! cells are fulllll of water! its okay! itll go back down! just keep doing what youre doing!0
