Good morning to all, loving friday? Well I am really wanting to work on abs and arm strength, any tips on the best techniques? Thanks to all

For abs I do crunches, leg lifts and planks (do keep in mind you won't SEE definition until the layer of fat over your abs is gone, but it's still a good idea to work at toning them, that way you'll have less work to do later on. I'm still waiting to see definition
)
for arms I do bicep curls, hammercurls, tricep dips, extensions and press-downs. Sometimes I also throw in push-ups.
The best way to tons muscles is to work in sets of several reps (7 to 10 reps per set), try to do 3 sets if you can, if not, start with 2. And use smaller amounts of weight, and slowly increase.0
