"Getting enough sleep" challenge

There have been posts every now and then about how important sleep is. For instance http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/7069-the-importance-of-a-good-night-s-sleep?hl=may+"no+more+late+night"#posts-48871 , but feel free to add other links like this to the thread.
I've tried doing this on my own, but maybe if we're more in the team, it'll go a bit better. Dunno what the best strategy is, but say we write in daily how much sleep we got the past night and how we feel (mood, cravings) and then once a week, we post the average for the past 7 days. How does that sound to you? Anyone in? :flowerforyou:

I'm in. I've been thinking about this alot lately. I think there is a big tie between sleep/ stress/ and overeating. I think getting adequate sleep may be a larger key to healthy weight maintenance than we think it is.
I'll log this coming week and watch for this topic next Friday.
Thanks for posting this.0 -
Glad I'm not alone :flowerforyou: . One of the biggest correlations I can see is my mood the next day.
So, my first report: I went to bed past midnight last night, but I did sleep 8 hrs. Btw, don't get scared by my posting times, I'm overseas .0
