Aerobic Laundry???

I don't have time to go to the gym or go running, but I find myself exercising every moment of the day! I am at home all day, so I intentionally do squats while picking up laundry, leg lifts while washing dishes, marching to rooms, running up stairs, etc. I had thought myself rather inactive until I kept losing 2lb/week on the 1lb MFP. I guess it all adds up to huge losses each week!
