Am I losing weight too quickly?

Hey guys! This is my 5th day of sticking to a calorie goal and exercising. In those 5 days I've already lost 5 lbs. I'm in absolutely no rush to lose weight fast or anything like that because I want to maintain once I reach my goal. I've made sure to eat my 1200 calories every single day and eat all my exercise calories back. I am staying plenty hydrated so I don't think it's all just water weight. My waist and legs have both already shrunk. I just want everyone's opinion on whether or not I'm losing at an unhealthy/unsteady rate. Thanks!

This will happen in the first 2 weeks, it's usually water weight, hence the shrinking body parts. it will slow down, but keep it up, Drinking extra water can actually help release water from your tissues. It's a strange idea but it has something to do with liver function. Check out the link below. Your Doing great!

Dropping weight rapidly in the beginning is common, it will slow down0
