Calories Burned for Lifting

Hi everyone! I'm not sure if this has been asked before, sorry if it has. I have recently decided to up the amount of calories I eat as I haven't been losing ANY weight on a 1200 cal/day and not eating my exercise calories back. Now I want to start eating my exercise calories back, Anyway I run 4X week & get accurate calorie count from my hr monitor, do yoga, and I lift weights in a power class working all muscle groups for 60 minutes 2X per week, about 5 min per muscle group with a warm up and cool down. Anyway, wearing my hr monitor it says I only burn about 165 calories, (that is based on my heart rate which only really elevates doing squats and lunges) Do you think that is an accurate amount to eat back for lifting weights or do you think I should give myself more calories? Im 5.0" and weigh 123lbs looking to lose fat not bulk up. If that is important?
