Hi all! I have been on this site for a few days now and I really love it. I do not have much of a support system as it is just my children and I, and my ex-inlaws here in this part of the country. I am so loving this site! My cousin lost over 100lbs using this site and she is my inspiration! I have 6 children.. 4 still at home and I work for the state of Texas. I would love to meet some new friends or at least some support buddies :) I am grateful to be here :)

    Hi, I am from California. I joined My Fitness Pal about 6 weeks ago and I 've already lost 8 pounds. It really helps to write down everything you eat. It makes you think before you eat. Welcome and add me as your friend if you want.
