Training for Half Marathon - Fartlek help!

Hi guys,

Im not new to running - have been doing it for about 6 months now - and run about 10kms twice a week and 5kms about twice also. Ive entered a half marathon (my first!) in 6 weeks time and have just started (although a little late!) following the intermediate training guide. I have just registered to start running training with a local club - but unfortunately due to the wet weather its been cancelled this week again.

The program for today (on the half marathon training program) is supposed to be:
Fartlek 1x
(5’,4’,3’,2’,1’)

But I have no idea what this is.... Any suggestions or help is appreciated!
