Recovering after breaking diet...

So normally I'm awesome about watching my sugars (kind of a given when you're limiting your carbs, lol) but yesterday I was very bad. Had fruit juices, 2 cups of cereal, and a TON of full-sugar full-fat icecream (about 3+ cups?).

ANYWAYS!! Now that I highly regret that I'm wondering if I should limit my sugars as much as possibly for today and maybe even tomorrow also. I'm mainly asking bc I just started getting into Shakeology but I'm wondering if I should skip that for today (and tomorrow)??

Any advice would be awesome.
