BMR Question

Help. I have read the threads and the newbie posts and I just would like someone to help me clarify what I should or should not be eating in calories.
I've calculated my BMR to be between 1310-1401, and my TDEE at 1681.
MFP has me at 1200 calories.
I have a desk job. I have been exercising 7 days a week for at least 30 minutes (alternate between Zumba and couch 25k with strength training). Extra info: I am 41, currently at 149 and want to try to get to 130.
I have been doing this for about three weeks and have had no weight loss, though I think I have lost some inches since I can see some changes in my waistline.
Any advice on if I should stick with that calorie goal (eating my exercise calories of course).
