I eat healthy all day then....

....when I get home I am STARVING and snack and snack and snack- all on healthy stuff!! You name it - granola bars, nuts, dates, seeds, almond flour bread and scones, sweet potatoe chips, yogurt with stevia and smoothies until I am stuffed!!!!.....I will need support with this area for sure!!! Maybe we can share strategies on how to control after work snacking and that desire to feel 'full'. I especially love smooth food like yogurt and rice pudding but I eat way too much of it!!!! I know i have a problem with this and I am willing to concentrate on this as I attempt to lose 15 lbs by June 1st....maybe we can share our out of control snacking strategies here?

Today is day one of my new eating attitude and I am currently battling some serious cravings to feel full. I want to eat some dates and nuts and yogurt but I have hit my carb and caloric limit for the day. I have eaten 1600 cals already and under 120 gms of carbs. I am drinking water like get-out crazy and am going to go for a walk soon.....:drinker:
