I am lost! I suppose this is the correct section to place this in but I really need help! First off, I'm almost 20 and in the past couple years I have been through weight loss and lifestyle change. I am 5"4, and my highest weight was 190 pounds (ahh). I am currently 133, and my lowest weight was last January at 127. I have a small frame and even at 133 and a size 4-6 (sometimes an 8), I know i still could lose more weight and be healthy. My goal is 115, but as I have been incorporating more strength training, the scale hasn't budged but I've noticed my stomach has FINALLY started showing some progress. So, for me it's less about the pounds and more about how I look.

When I began, I cut straight to 1200 and was super diligent. For the past year I have stayed around 1200 most days (though of course I go over here and there, and still drink on my weekends and definitely do some undeserved indulging from time to time). To drop this weight and tone and slim down I've been exercising 3-5 days a week (usually cardio such as Insanity, jogging, Tae Bo, etc 3x, yoga 2x, and weighted hula hooping for 15-30 mins every day as well). After really snooping on the forums on here I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should up my calories to kickstart weight loss? I'm also planning on starting the 30 Day Shred today in hopes of slimming down. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, but I definitely have some work to do on my arms, legs, back, etc.

I eat as balanced as I can, and MFP has helped me to monitor my carb intake (I love them). I dont eat much meat but have been trying to get a decent amount of protein, and I eat plenty of fruit , whole grains, and try and get in a few servings of veggies too. I definitely struggle with eating and have had problems with binge eating/over exercising to compensate/horrible body image but I try really hard every day to appreciate my progress and changes.

If you have any advice on how I can really slim down and tone up for good I would love to hear it! I feel like I've been stuck in this average body for too long now and refuse to spend another summer uncomfortable, especially after how far I've come! Thanks. Here's a few pictures.
