new here!

hello, i'm new and i was wondering how you keep yourself motivated? i've only lost weight twice in my life, and both times i somehow went into a zombie-like state in which i dieted hardcore and lost weight fast, but it never lasted long. i finally got a workout buddy, but would like some more people to talk to for support and motivation. any help would be great! :) already lost 3 pounds, and looking to lose a looooot more!
