Hello all! After 6 months of ups and downs (mostly ups!), I have lost nearly 20 pounds! (I only wish that I had taken measurements when I first started my journey so that I could compare.) I started out strong from Sept-early November, but fell off the wagon during the holidays. Since January 1st, I have come back with a vengeance and am committed to seeing this through. I am worth it!
