Today at my university, the Diversity office hosted a Spring Culture Festival and had different stations of food around the ballroom. Being a culture enthusiasts, as well as a college student who has learned not to turn down free food, I tried everything. Everything was sampled size but my problem is I don't remember the names of some of the food and I don't know how to log "sample sizes." It was pretty much my lunch so all of it did fill me up.

That sounds like fun! I wouldn't worry too much about how many calories you had. Personally, I would just get in a good workout and skip the logging for the rest of the day. The experience of trying new things (and uh...getting free food!) is worth more than the number of calories.
