I have a question about entering in your own recipes. I got all the nutritional information from the ingredients I used and then I entered all of them in separately. My question is how do I translate a whole pot of homemade spaghetti into one serving for me?

Here are my ingredients:

Chunky Ragu
1/2 cup= 90 calories (5 servings in the bottle)

DeCecco penne rigate pasta
1/2 cup= 200 calories (8 servings in the box)

Philadelphia Cooking Cream-Sante Fe Blend
1/4 cup= 110 calories (4 servings in tub)

Ground beef
95% lean 1lb

Can someone help me please?

you can either add each item as a serving to your diary individually, and then click "quick tools" then "remember meal" and save it that way.
or you can enter them into the recipe builder (food tab> recipes> create new recipe). when you do that, just enter the total amount used to cook (so if you used the whole jar, enter 5 servings, if you used the whole box of pasta, enter 8 servings, etc) and then where it asks for number of people it serves, put 4 or 5 or however many people you fed equal servings to. then save it, and it will do the math for each serving and you can add it to your diary
