Jillians Michaels..6 week six-pack

I just started to do Jillians Michaels DVD again after taking a break from it..6-week six-pack work-out on level 2 after weight lose. I'm hoping to tone the belly. How many days week is recommended for toning? Also, if you do level 2 can you tell me how many calories you burn? I googled it and came up with 300 calories, but I don't know how accurate it is.

    I did the DVD for 5days a week although i think your ment to do it every day for 6weeks and i burnt 350ish cals on level two but everybody is different.

    My HRM tells me I burn 250-300 calories depending on how hard I push through Level 2 - I'm 5' 8" & about 144lbs. I used to do it every day, but I tend to get bored with doing the same workout daily, so at this point I usually alternate days with 6 Week Six-Pack & any of her other DVDs.

    Okay 5 days a week, and I guess the burning 300 calories is around the same number. I wanted to be sure I was along the right tract. I lowered my calories as not even a week later I gained 2 lbs. Thanks! Excited to get this going.
