What are some exercises I can do? More info inside

My "problem areas" are my tummy and thighs. What are some exercises i can do to battle them? I'm all for thread mill but I'm worried about my legs getting too "muscular" with no results in the thigh area...is that silly?

Anything is appreciated

    You cannot spot remove fat. It won't happen. To get rid of the fat in your problem areas you need to diet in conjunction with exercise. Also your legs won't get muscular from running on the treadmill. They might make slight gains yes, your body will do what it needs to to best optimize it self for running, but looking at most runners they are relatively lean.

    My advice, run to your hearts content! along with dieting you can get rid of the fat from your problem areas!

    And remember, you cannot spot remove fat by exercising the area this is a myth.
