Hey guys,
So I was doing p90x today (Cardio X), and I was trying to track my calories burned (with an online calculator... don't have a HR monitor), and I put in my average HR, and it wouldn't let me!! Said my peak was supposed to be like.. 174 bmp, but my average was 183.25 (at one point, I got up to over 200....uhh..)
I used to train competitively (nationally) for badminton, so I'm used to just pushing myself really hard...but at:
147 pounds
5'9"
female
is that too hard? Should I be toning it down a bit?
Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it! I exercise in the 180 range. Just means you are working hard.
Make sure you get enough rest is all.0
