I have been making my smoothies w/the normal being a scoop of a protein powder, 1 c. of unsweetened almond milk (40 cals!) ( & you do not taste the almond flavor) and about 2 c. spinach (if at night I have this orange favor fiber supplement I add) (if in the morning I do fruit in the smoothie. I have used a banana but it does taste like it.
& yes the spinach may sound gross and look weird especially if mixing w/blueberries but believe me you do not taste the spinach & it easily allows me to get in my veggies (2 servings)
The reason I do not do fruit at night is because I have been told not to eat fruit late in the day.

I usually just do frozen mixed berries, a banana, and some milk (I usually use the Kirkland Soy Milk Plain). Off the top of my head, I don't think it taste like Banana.

    Fruit Smoothie

1 cup frozen fruit of your choice.
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup apple juice (could use water too to cut calories or half and half)
