Alternatives to Tostito chips.

I love my home made salsa and since it is low in calories I would love to find a low calorie "chip" option. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!!!

Cut up a whole wheat pita, sprinkle with a healthy oil and add garlic powder. Then bake until they become crispy.
  • They are not tostitos but I love the Special k cracker chips...

I love wasa crackers. They're especially good dipped in fat free cottage cheese mixed with salsa

Chips and bread are notoriously high calorie.

Salsa is great on baked potatoes, or squash or zucchini or mashed cauliflower, or cucumbers. Yum I love a bowl of chopped cucumber and salsa with some sliced avocado.

Beanitos! Also, try using apple slices to dip in your salsa. Yum!

prob not the answer you are looking for, but i would still have tortilla chips... Garden of Eatin' makes some great blue corn tortilla chips. Trader Joe's also has some yummy tort chips. enjoy - just make room for them calorie-wise!
