Heart Rate Training Successq

I just finished my first week with my new Polar FT80 Training Computer and I have to say, I was very impressed. I am 238 lbs and lost just over 5 lbs this week; very motivational. It causes me to push myself harder and train smarter. I feel like I have my own personal trainer. How do you stay motivated?
