Hot Flashes

Today I had hot flashes. I went to Walmart and just standing there made me get really hot and sweaty. I don't know why this could be happening. TOM did arrive today but this hadn't happened before. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may cause hot flashes for no apparent reason? I'm 23 by the way. Thanks in advance!

Hormones... I think, from memory, it can be caused by a dip in estrogen..
I'm 22 and I get them from time to time... it's mostly hormones, but apparently foods can cause them, or being in the heat.. or switching from hot to cold environments..
Unless it is severe or annoyingly ongoing, it's nothing to worry about

I get them all the time, and I'm in my late teens. I dunno, maybe I'm hitting menopause WAY ahead of schedule...
I really don't know what causes them. My body has a lot of quirks, and I've always considered the hot flashes to be just another thing that I have to deal with without question. I've gotten so used to them, to be honest, that until I read this post I'd almost forgotten about them.0
