Waffle / Pancake mix!

I came up with something the other day trying to make the "healthy" pancake / waffle mix even better. I took 1 cup of Heart Healthy Bisquick and added 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, 2 scoops of Muscle Milk Light Protein Powder, 1/2 cup Egg Whites by Egg Beaters and mixed with water in a blender. I will say, this made the tastiest, fluffy light waffle. I topped it off with only squirts of I can't believe it's not butter. Yummy!
