My husband is running in the Pittsburgh Marathon on Sunday. We're going out for pizza tonite, thin crust margarita-type, and I was going to make pasta tomorrow night. Any other suggestions???

Those sound like good meals. They say to stick to comfort foods, but don't over eat the night before, and not to eat too late either.
    Best of luck!

Also, make sure it's food he's familiar with and has had a lot. Don't want to have a reaction to something unfamiliar on race day! :noway:

It is better to carb load 2 days before the race, the night before doesn't do much good (according to my exercise physiology teacher)... Hope that helps! I'm running one at the end of the month myself  Good luck to him!
