Colon Cleanse, Adios, etc

Anyone use anything like BeriLean or whatever it's called and couple it with Colon Clense products that the adverts are scattered everywhere on the Internets? Or even Adios that is sold in pharmacies?


I remember years and years ago when I first started trying to lose weight that I was pulled into the world of diet supplements that supposedly reduce your appetite or stop fat from binding, whatever, and I think it's just completely ridiculous that there are now so many products like this that claim to do this. The product I used back then was called Fat-N-Emy (Fat Enemy) and is now no longer available (gee, I wonder why...).

Has anyone else had any dealings with these types of products and been successful with them (if you are a supplier of these products, I really don't want your sales pitch - only tried and tested replies please!)?
