Just starting using MFP properly this week to try and get my diet back on track.

Are there many people on here from the UK? Doesn't seem to be! :-P

    There are quite a lot now. I briefly joined couple of years ago but wernt many then and the database wasnt as comprehensive. The barcode scanner on the app is brilliant.

    That's my fave bit of the app, Just scan the barcode and you're done!
    Although I am struggling trying to work out the calorie content of what I have at Subway. :-/
