Hi all, I'm a huge Jillian Michaels fan and I've done nearly all her dvds. Now I'm on Ripped in 30 and I'm really feeling pain but in a bad way. On week 2 - my wrists were just too sore holding the plank ( did them on a fist instead, hands were under my shoulders). I did this for 4 days and I had to move on. week 3 - my knees are not able! I'm only 28, I pretty fit so I can't understand why my body is not able for this! I teach Pilates so I thought I was strong, my core is well able by my knees and wrists are not! HELP. I wanna keep going.
Sorry obviously its Ripped not Ripper lol
