HELP!!!

Okay I need some help! I am not losing weight! I just started dieting on my own! I have lost 145 lbs with help of doctors, but after my 3rd child I gained 35 lbs and I have only gotten 15lbs of it off! He was born a year ago! So 6 weeks ago I started dieting, and 3 weeks ago I started to excise! I wear a heart rate monitor when I work out, and it tells me I burn a super high amount of calories! So that kinda scares me, because I have been reading I am supposed to eat my calories burned? It suggest I eat 1800 a day, my mistake and I put it down to 1200. So I have been reading that I could be putting my body into starvation mode? So I moved my calories back up to 1800 like it said I should have it at... But with me working out I am supposed to eat not only my 1800 but my worked out calories too? What if my heart rate monitor is giving me the wrong number and then I eat all those calories.. (Which I dunno if I can even do that!) So please some help advice would be great! I think I am gonna go see someone if I can't get this going on my own!

when im following my plan, i eat 1845 on rest days, and up to 2500 on exercise days. last month i went over every single week (and not by a little) and i still lost about a pound a week. its doable. you dont have to starve yourself to lose weight!
if youre using a HRM and its set up properly with your weight, age, sex, height, etc - then its about as accurate as you can geti have a polar hrm and use it to track all my workouts and eat back all my exercise calories

Thanks right now am using my husbands timex heart rate monitor with all of my information plugged into it! But I just bought myself a polar women's just hasn't came in yet! But I do an hour of Spin Class and it says I burn like 1150! I can't believe that! I have lost 8 lbs so far in 6 weeks, so I know that's a little over a pound a week, but I gained one week and lost a big chunk another week then I just sit here and do nothing when I start going hard core with dropping my calories and working out! So I am just curious!0
