You need:
-1 scoop of whey of your choosing (any flavour)
-1 egg per serving
-1 whey scoop of fine oats (optional, higher calorie diets can allow this included)
-1 teaspoon of peanut butter (optional, higher calorie diets can allow this included)
-Drizzle of zero calorie maple syrup
How to make
- Put a non stick frying pan or skillet on medium heat (not high, it WILL stick)
- Blend scoop of whey and egg together (oats optional)
- Once pan is up to heat, pour mixture into pan
- It will cook quickly, flip and do both sides
- Onto plate now and either drizzle with zero calorie maple syrup or smear peanut butter
- Eat, shocked at how something so tasty is healthy and can be included in your daily totals!

I've tried several variations of these. I pretty much like them all. The one I go back too the most often is equal ratio's of cottage cheese, oats and egg whites (in blender). I add cinnamon and a little protein powder and top with sugar free syrup (love that stuff).
I'll give it a try, maybe this week.0 -
